Gibson, and megaflow, also borla, they just may not be updated to 05 yet, but nothings changed in the last few years that I'm aware of on the ranger that would effect the exhaust.
You can get creative with your exhaust. On my '99 I welded a 1 into 2 joint at the cat, tucked two 18" oval mufflers side by side, ran the pipes over the axle into a 2nd 1 into 2 and came out with 4 custom stainless tips in the center of the roll pan (I put the spare on a mount I built under the hard tonneau). It was the best sounding 3.0 I have heard. On my current '04, I got lazy and did the standard Magniflow duals.
Dono get unlazy I wanna hear how it sounds on an '04. That sounds like a good idea.
I had the cat running to a Flowmaster 40 series located just to the passenger side of the tranny, ran dual tips exiting under the back bumper. When installing my new shocks the exhaust got in the way, so I cut everything back from the muffler off. I went and bought some 3 inch tube, bent it into turndowns, and welded them on the back of the muffler. Turned out really nice, loud and throaty, much better than with the after-muffler stuff.
