I Have 2006 Mark Lt 4x4. My Truck Has Had Vibration In Steering From The Day I Picked It Up From The Dealership. Was Told It' Requires Wheels Balancing Which They Performed On The Devliery Date, But The Problem Never Went Away And Is Most Noticeable On Highway Speeds Above 65mph. Dealership Repplaced Two Front Tires And Just Other Day They Told Me They Replaced Drive Shaft And Trans Mounts As Factory' Order,,,but The Vibration Is Still There.
I Am Hoping Somone On Here Has Had The Same Problem And If They Got THE PROBLEM RESLOVED....any Reply Will Be Appriciated. Thanks.
Thxs for your advise YellowCobra didn't see Recalls or TSB for my truck still hoping somone can advise me with the resolution for the this problem,,,especially somone who has had similiar problem with their truck and got it resolved.
If you run a Forum search for "Steering Wheel Vibration" it should give you a quite an assortment of successful and unsuccessful and some promising ideas from the other users that have had the steering wheel vibration/nibble-wobble, tremble...ie.. (The steering wheel "nibble"- TSB is in there as well as a few others)
I havn't had any (bad luck) of the sorts... but it sounds like a PITA to deal with...
