Flip chip Question

Hey guys,
Well, I think I am going to take the dive and buy a flip chip, but I have some initial questions. I have heard of 4 bank and 6 bank chips. Does this refer to the # of programs you can put on? I was thinking of getting stock/40/80/100 so would this be considered 4 programs(do I count the stock setting as one when ordering?) Also, I know everyone likes jody's, but has anyone purchased a TS performance, maybe even off of ebay? Thanks guys!!!

Basically - all the chips can HOLD 6 tunes - how many of those spots you fill is up to you. I have 4 tunes on my chip - but I could have 2 more added any time I'd want.

I sold my TS chip, and went to my DPTuner chip - MUCH better shifting, and smoother more drivable power. Don't buy a chip off E-Bay - call the MAN himself, and get your chip set up just for you!! Mine STILL has me smiling!!

If you are going to purchase a DP Tuner chip from Jody, don't even consider one off EBAY. There is no way it will be customized to the exact needs of your specific truck. Jody will ask you everything about your truck from gearing to exhaust, intake, tire size, etc BEFORE he sells you the chip!

Now how can I argue with that? All I can say is that I did get my TS 6 Pos chip from a guy on ebay. I got a great deal on it. And I am perfectly happy with it for my purposes. Truck really scoots now. Is it the best? Don't know, but if you think you will be outrunning a mildly chipped 6.0 or Duramax with the TS or even the DP you are sadly mistaken. The answer is in your wallet.
