Parking/Warning Brake Light?!

Parking/Warning Brake Light?!
I just got through installing my jobe performance intake on my 06 6.0 and I had both the batterys disconnected. Well now my Parking/Warning Brake Light is on and wont go off. I read in the owners manual about it and it said that this light will come on and stay on when you have a low brake fluid level, well I checked the level and it is good. So what could be causing this? Any help greatly appreciated.
Note: this is not the abs light. This is the light that comes on when you put on the parking brake.

Cruise control still works and i double checked both of the connectors on the master cylinder both are connected. Are these two connections the only two that would give me the warning light or are there others somewhere else that tie into the brake system?
