Bendex power steering
Its leaking from the top of the box.I read that the seal is no longer available from Ford.Is this true and if so can I pull the seal and match it up with another one?Does Autozone really have rebuilt units with lifetime warranty?I'm not inclined to change over to the newere system unless I have to.

Do you have the bendix PS pump installed or a later siagnaw?
The seal can be matched up by any good bearing and drive shop.
All you need is the OD and ID
I woud throw the crap away and put in fords real soloution to the blown seals and weak box.

Thanx for the replies,I ts a bendix unit and works great cept for that seal thing.I'm gonna pull the seal out and see if I can match it up before replaceing the whole unit.
