wow, I was just thinking close to the same thing. After seeing many spy shots I think the 2008 is very ugly and this along with the new diesel engine are pushing me to buy a 2007 with the "old" improved 6.0 and that current good looking truck.
I was just thinking tonight, what if Ford does something really different with the lights that makes that front end actually look good, I'm I going to be sorry I have the old look? If they keep it the same as the spy shots, I'll be glad to have the old look because yes, that thing is Fugly.
There is something about those headlights. They look temporary. Not very good fit-and -finish if you ask me. I think they will change it. Hope they will change it.
I don't know if I would want the fender flares on the smaller 250/350 trucks. They look more nimble and athletic without. I think they look big and bulky and a tad cheap...
I hope they are playing a mean joke on us with the looks, although I think it has improved since previous shots. The interior looks strange in that last picture, I'm not sure what to make of it.
And edit: Why would they change the mirros? They made them ugly looking, when they actually completed the look of the truck before, now they look they were just thrown on there as an afterthought.
At least it looks like they are leaving the "engraved" SUPERDUTY on the glove-box. That way once the F150s and the SD become indistinguishable you will know what you are driving.
