Did you check to make sure that the fuel pump shutoff switch is okay? That'll be over on the passenger side by the kick panel. There's a hole in it over there, and you kind of reach a finger in there and push down on it to reset.
That's a total shot in the dark, though. It'd be real helpful to know if you fell under the Fuel Injection Control Module wiring harness recall and what led you to the conclusion that it isn't getting any fuel. As to the fuel pump, you should be able to hear it when you flip the key to ON. It kind of does a purr/clatter for a brief moment.
Try removing the screw-on cap on the secondary fuel filter (next to the oil filter in the engine compartment), then turn the ignition key to "on" . You should see the fuel filter bowl fill with fuel (you may have to cycle the key several times). When the it fills to the top with fuel, put the cap back on and try to start the engine. This will remove the air from the fuel lines and confirm that you have fuel pressure too. Should start after this if it's a fuel related problem.
Fuel Press is Ok, but fuel injectors are not injecting any fuel, any Ideas
Sorry for my english I am spanish speaking.
i'm not a mechanic but another shot in the dark. find a way to check high pressure oil pump or HPOP. i was told the 6.0 injectors require 500lbs of oil pressure to fire. and if the o-ring is leaking or bad it will increase crank times to build the pressure while cranking. if this is the case injectors will go bad as did the ones on my vehicle before i bought it. and those boys aren't cheap at 1500 a pop installed. anyway i just heard that and thought i would share but probably not related to your problem. good luck!
first thing, look under the truck, pass side, front of the motor. there is a 1" round plug that takes an allen wrench to remove. there is a spring and a piston behind there. pay attention how the piston goes in there. it should freely slide in the bore. if not, there is some debris in there. clean it out,and reinstall. that is the regulator for the base engine oil pressure.
