need some door panel help

hey i have a 2006 regular cab f150. i did not buy the truck with power door locks so i would like to install some myself w/o the extra costs of an auto parts place doing it. i am having trouble with removing the door panel. if anyone knows how to remove the door panel with ease, feel free to help me out thanks
