I called the finance manager and explained what I had discovered.
He said he would look at it and call me back.
15 minutes later he did indeed call me back, with an apology. He agreed that he had made a mistake with the price of the warranty, and immediately offered to correct it to the proper price and issue a check as a refund for the difference.
I have a $200 check being cut, probably on Monday.
My price on the 6/60 EasyCare $50 deductable is now $835.

Yeah, I usually ask for an OASIS report once a year when I bring cars in for normal service. Sometimes the do, sometimes they don't

Is there anything equivilent to Oasis online that an owner can use ?
