Best thing to do is go to the manufacturers web site and look at the recommended wheel size for the tires you want.

But.....on the stock wheels, a 285, maybe a 295 is about as big as you wanna go.

I have 295 on my 16x7 stock rims. I only have a little bit of rubbing on the right front spring when turned full lock to the right.

What is it you're looking to accomplish? Just a taller tire? Or a taller and wider tire? If you want just a taller tire, you could slap (with at least 4" of lift) a 35" diameter tire on a 7" wide rim, no problem. But it's only going to be 10.5" wide. Looks good on a dually, but it might look a bit like a pizzer cutter on a SRW.
