Ok here it goes. The first oil change I had done on my new truck, I got done at a Midas and I told them that I wanted the OEM specified 5w20 put in, well the idiots put in 10w30. I didn't realize that they did that until a few weeks later checking my recipets for whatever reason, anyway now I want to go to a full synthetic because my friends have and have had good results.
What I'm trying to get at is is there any such thing? I've searched this forum but only found radiator and tranny flushes. And lastly if there is such a thing would it be a good idea when going from a conventional ( yeah they really ****'d up)to a full syn?

Almost any synthetic nowadays is fully compatiable with dino. The only time I would flush an engine is if I just bought the vehicle and it wasnt maitnanced properly before I bought it. If you are hell bent on flushing though, check out autorx, that would be the only flush I would use.
I have seen engine oil flushes. I think you put it in with the oil and let the engine run for 5-10 min then drain the oil and filter. The last time I have seen them they were around 7 dollars or so.
