Changing coolant????
Need help changing the coolant in my son's 99 F150 4x4 with Off-Road package & a 5.4 V8.
I can't locate the radiator drain valve. I removed the front skid plate thinking it would be right there. It wasn't. The radiator seems to be smooth all across the bottom.
My 99 F250 SD with 5.4 is on the drivers side bottom, not this one.
Anyone that can lead me to it I'd appreciate it.

if i was having this trouble i'd try the clamp on the btoom rad hose. hopefully when you take the clamp off it leak and the you can use a small flat head screw driver to work around the edge until you can get a manageable leak happening. the drain **** should be there though. take the rad cap off and then reinstall it to slow the "leak". remov it if you thik that your catch pan is in the right spot. thats what i'd do if i couldn't find the drain.
