The first place I would check is on this board. I seem to remember seeing some early 70's crewcab pictures on this website. Otherwise I would try google.com or a web browser of your choice.

1970 Crew cab model
Ford always had a "camper broshure" each year showing all it's models cars, Vans,& trucks collectively that could be set up for towing or campers. I found some pictures and info on my favorite crew cabs (1966 in this case) this way. Would be worth a try, check some car swap meets.
