oil pressure sending unit

The pressure guage on my 89 F350 is oscillating, going completely down then back up to normal. I'm sure it is just the unit but I can't seem to locate it. Chiltons gave me no help. Any help would be appreciated.

Pull off the air cleaner housing. Passenger side of engine on back, toward top center. 1 wire.

way on the back of the top of the engine. Looks like an old time water tower with a wire on top of it.

Thanks guys now I know where it is suppose to be but I still haven't found it. I guess I didn't mention I have a turbo on so I bet it is behind it. Am I going to have to remove it just to get to the sending unit?

go beneath and look up over the front of the trans. If it isnt there, follow the oil feed for the turbo. Some of the aftermarkets put the sending unit in there, near the turbo.
