TorqShift Programming ?

TorqShift Programming ?
I bought a trailer from a guy with an 04 F-350 Dually, with the TorqShift, and he told me he had someone (I swear he said the dealer) put some program to the tranny to where it shifts into OverDrive at 40mph, and he said that b/c of that, he's not getting 21mpg in the city, with an otherwise stock truck...... now, I have two questions....
1) does anybody know what this program is and/or has had it done to theirs.....
2) I have an 04 with 6" of lift and 35s... will the oversized tires negate the affects of this tranny program on my truck?

Sweet, that's good to hear, b/c I'm gonna be buyin the Xcalibrator 2 here in the next month or so. Thanks for the info...... another quick question for ya Maximum, about the SCt. Does it have the capability to correct for tire size (as far as correctin the speedo) or is that all in the programming too? Thanks man
