Hydrolock Question
Are these the gaskets I need to prevent hydrolocking?

Yep, that appears to be them (lower intake manifold gaskets).
Depending on the model year, the timing chain cover gaskets might also be an issues.
If memory serves me correct, the '97 model had problems with timing chain cover gaskets as well as lower IM gaskets.
