yet another Ford

Thius one is listed on the internet, from that Meacham auction.
1979 (actually 78) Ford 1/2 ton
It runs extremely well with a 300 4 spd. the only reason I bought it was the 2.75 rear end, but while driving it home and around the motor is too good.
I'm going to put on the grille from my 1976 and minor bodywork/ paint.
This was a estate truck and the guy was in the proccess of restoring it I think. Most of the rust work is donr, just driver cab corner.
This truck used to be a 302 auto but was changed over. It was once quite pimped up as I have holes in my doors for 6 by 9 speakers and several other changes that lead me to believe this.

Sounds like another great deal. Maybe we should rename you Smokingking for the good deals you are able to find.

That`s what I was thinking but it doesn`t have the same ring to it as Snowking. Could change it to Smoken...

Thanks, Yesterday and today I am changing the 78 grille to a 76. So I guess I'll start calling this truck a 77.

Next week hopefully I'll get her painted and chromed up.

It's black right now, When I took off the front bumper I noticed it used to be blue.
I'm thinking of trying a two tone either white and dark green or white and dark blue.

I got enough red trucks here though already.

Geeez Snow, you're an animal.
You must be ready to sell me that 85 4x4 dirt cheap. You'll need some spending cash to put into all these other beauties you keep picking up.

I guess the 4 by 4 is still for sale, I manage my money though, I decide what colour to paint by what can I can find lying around.

I just painted this last truck on Sunday Monday. it is black and aluminium, thanks to some parts from Fomo that I got on Sunday It's no longer Chebby Chevy ugly.
