Where is OBD II connector?

Howdy Folks. Great forum. This is my first post.
I just got an OBD II reader and I can't find the connector. Where on my 2003 Explorer is it?
Thanks in advance for your help.

The OBD connection for my 1997 is below the steering wheel. Threre is a small oblong pastic cover that hides the recepticle. It should snap off with minimal force. The OBD connection for my 2004 explorer is readily visible where the parking brake release is, there is no cover over the connector. Hope this helps.
