its egr not closing fully (for trucks) and i think on cars its egr not operating properly. take off your egr and try to clean all the carbon junk out of the valve seat area. re-install, clear codes, and take your truck for a quick burn with some wot passes (try to blow all the carbon threw). then check your codes again.
I looked carefully at the "H" manual (all the codes/sensor stuff) and it basically said it could be several things, the EGR valve sensor, the EVP sensor and what you described. It also talked about testing with a vacuum tool, which I have no idea how to use.
How often does the valve and the EVP sensor go bad, anyway?
