I've got an '82 Mark VI that is going to escape the salvage yard yet again. The on/off buttons for the cruise control are broken and I'd like to know if there's some easy way to wire a switch to see if it even works or not. Any ideas? http://members.***.net/mikebon08/Lincoln/Lincoln09.jpg
Mark VIII is a little bit newer than my old beast. I'm also a member of another Lincoln forum (http://www.thelincolnforum.net) and I asked there too, but I've noticed that FTE people very often know more than just Ford trucks, figured it can't hurt to ask.
EDIT: One of the Lincoln guys found a speed control switch on eBay that looks like it should work ('79 Ford/Mercury). I'll give it a shot, but if anyone has suggestions, ideas, or advice, love to hear them.
