Hi everyone, I am a first time poster, long time follower.
I have a question about a problem I seem to be having with my 2000 4x4 CC PSD. The truck is completely stock except for a power programmer.
The problem I am having is a serious vibration that feels like it is coming from the rear end. I pull a 7000lb boat occasionally with the truck. The only time the vibration shows up is when pulling the boat while making a sharp turn (pulling out of gas station, turning on to on-ramps etc.). The vibration is not evident at all while not pulling the boat so it only occurs under load. There are no problems evident while pulling straight at all while accelerating.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Get the axle code from the door sticker and post back. Or see the FAQ at the top of the Superduty forum, it has the door codes on it.
Did you ever get the rear end fluid changed? It's possible whoever did it didn't put limited-slip additive in it and it's chattering.
Why wouldn't it do it without a load? Because you're really spinning the inside tire on the turn, ever so slightly. Maybe.
