Yes, it should fit fine - just need a install kit. I have a Grant Classic - 3 chrome spokes with the holes. Much better than the huge stock wheel... Mine is 11 1/2 inches, that's a little on the small side, but your 15" wheel should be good.
I'm sure you can get them from summit but you can also get it at autozone or advance, they're about 13 bucks. I have a grant GT steering wheel in my 77. You may have to watch out for state inspection places (if you have that). A lady at the local inspection station told me she would fail my truck because the steering wheel is a smaller diameter than what came on it stock. Well screw that I went some where else and got it done!!
That's a good looking steering wheel; looks very similiar to the stock sport wheel that Ford used in 78/79. If you get a stick-on Ford emblem for the Grant horn button, it would look stock......
that steering wheel looks pretty good...personally i like a smaller wheel like 73custom is talking about...im not sure of the size but mine is about that size, having a smaller diameter means you dont have to steer as much to compensate for loose steering....i found that out when i installed mine and it was easier to drive my truck....then i rebuilt to whole steering system and it steers like a dream.....it also gives you more leg clearance, for those of us without a tilt column.....only downfall of a smaller wheel is if you loose power steering, then get ready to wrestle that wheel because you have less leverage......
I used the Grant GRT-656 wheel from Summit. Its 16.5-17" and 1.5" dish. I didnt want to go any smaller in diameter than stock incase I lose my power steering with a load on, or offroad. The wheel doesnt come with a horn button, but I used the chrome horn button that came with a grant 15" $25 cheapo Shucks wheel, and it snaps right onto the horn plate that comes with the Grant adapter kit.
