Where can I find the cheapest wicked wheel or superior wheel or swisher wheel?
I don't much care about what they call it...
I seem to remember stumbling across one somewhere that was around $55 or $65....
now I can't find it

Surging, I have not yet pulled anything but that is the reason for installing them. The whooshing will be there as it is the pressurized air leaving the path with less resistance which is back through the air filter. I like it as it seems like the engine is exhaling before the turbo starts singing again!!
