Self adjusting brakes.

My question:
Does my '72 Camper special Dana 60 rear end have self adjusting rear brakes?

My answer:

It ought to, assuming no one has removed the self-adjuster hardware, or the cables haven't rotted from the rust. Also, the star-adjusters are notorious for seizing up.

You may well have to remove the hubs to inspect the brakes.
