Rough idle...Running too lean HELP?????

Rough idle...Running too lean HELP?????
I recently noticed that my 98 F150 (5.4L) was idling rough. I plugged my Super Chips diagnostics computer into the truck and the error message read:
Bank 1 Running lean
Bank 2 Running lean
What do I do to combat this and what may have caused this problem ?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.......
