Water Pump Replacement??
Do the International dealers do water pump replacements? I think I would prefer them to do it than the ford dealer.
How much should I expect to pay?

It would be a conversion at the International dealer. Their pump has a built in filter that the Ford pump does not have.
You might want to see if they'll do it before asking how much.
