door insulation
I had to take the interior door trim panels off my 1992 f-250 recently to do a little electrical work, and I'll have to take them off again to install a new window motor on one side and some new weatherstripping...
Anyway, while I was under there I noticed that the passenger side had insulation glued to the door steel underneath the trim panel, while the driver's side had a plastic sheet, though obviously factory-made for that door, but not insulation. Both sides are coming unglued and looking pretty old. Anybody have any reccomendations for new insulation material? The stuff on the passenger side looks just like a moving/insulation blanket, cut to fit, and it's real similar to what's behind my friend's '03 Explorer's door panels.
I don't object to a few rattles (it's a truck!), but I thought that as long as I'm in there I'd replace the stuff, quiet a some rattles, reduce some road noise and keep it a bit warmer during the winter.
Thanks in advance...

PM me and maybe we can work out a deal. I have plenty of this stuff leftover. I had to buy bulk to save money. You can put under your carpet, door panels, firewall, headliner for sound deadening.
You can just cut to fit, then use 3M spray adhesive to attach. (the regular kind works fine, no need for the super stuff)
