I got 22" in my truck and have no problems. But your ride will be somewhat affected by the big rim/tire combination. I noticed a big difference for the worst. Your truck will feel heavy over bumps due to the increased sprung weight on all 4 corners. Noticed the most when I got over railroad tracks especially if they run diagonal from the road. But the truck look so much better. A little trade off I think.
Depends on the tire.. you can clear a 35 x 12.50 on a stock rim (4x4) so as long as the new rim has the same backspacing and width similar to a stock rim you can as big as you want with the right tire.
