MAF conversion

I was looking through a performance mag. the other day a saw a maf conversion kit for my 90 bronco. I have a mustang 5.0 h.o. that I am going to be installing would like to use a cobra intake. my question is would the maf be a upgrade worth doing with the motor swap or would it be a waste of money.

whats in your bronco now? what mods are done to the stang motor? your really not upgrading much by going with the stang motor an it may require a cam change due to it be used mainly for a car and not your heavy bronco.

u can use the cobra intake and keep the speed density setup. only if your modding the motor heavily should you consider MAF. what tranny are you running, if its an AOD you will need to find the correct kickdown cable.
