You need to get a new "Blower Motor Resister" (Cheap part, Try auto parts store first.) When you get it, look under the hood next to the blower & you will see where it goes. Two screws & a plug...10 Min includes getting tools out & putting them back.

I used to have the same problem with a 2002 dodge ram that i had, under the dash where the fan is supposed to be, there were like 4 or 5 cables, and 3 screws, take it off, and check the little pieces of metal, they are supposed to be fixed together, if they're not or if you notice something weird it could be the problem, BTW there were a lot of leaves on it. I think it was the cause of the problem.
