I had to sell my slick today, sometimes it just seems like life throws you one of thoughs curve ***** you can't hit.My interests like my truck and other things have taken a back seat to seperation of significant other, lawyers, custody, and all those things that have to come first.I love that truck but my children and me being able to eat and have a roof over my head took priority,I will still visit the site often and when I get back on my feet I will build the baddest 66 you ever saw, untill then you guys keep it up I love to look at your trucks in progress
Chad
Sorry to hear about your loss. I went through the same thing about 2 years ago......I got to keep my kids and my slick.....the way I look at it....I won!
Keep your head up and you will find a better one.....and you'll find a new significant other one day too!
66 I've read a lot of your posts so I know how much you were into this hobby/addiction. Sorry to hear about your loss, but we have all been where you are. Sometimes we have to really look at our priorities and make some hard decisions. Did the 460 go with the truck or did you get to keep her?
The slick is gone but I'm going to hold on to my 460 as long as I can.I got over 4k into that thing already, theres two things I can't bring myself to sell,my guns and my big block thanks for the support guys I'll be back
Oh, so sorry to hear about your loss, you still have knowledge of the slicks so stay close by, we cherish your input. With you prioritizing what's most important in life, It will help the young "Slicksters" stay in tune to reality and not take everything for granted.
Im sorry to read this news. Just hang in there chad, youll find ya another slick to put that engine in. Once you get your things in order, you will be bacjk into the full swing of things.
Take care..
