V10 Running Rough, Please Help

Hey Ive Got A 99 F250 With V10 150000 Miles. I Got Gas The Other Day, Shortly After Truck Started Idling Rough At Idle And When Slowing Down. Seems To Run Fine At Higher Speeds. Replaced Gas Cap, No Difference. Will Change Fuel Filter Next. Any Ideas On What Problem Might Be? Let Me Know
