Squeaking clutch pedal - a problem keeps coming back
Pressing or releasing the clutch pedal, it makes a squeaking noise, and it feels rough. Rough to the point that it doesn't give a smooth clutch movement. When doing your best to release the clutch pedal slow and nice, the actual clutch movement feels like scrubbing a finger against window glass. This is what I feel from the pedal, and from the vehicle. I think the problem could be anywhere from the pedal shaft, down to the bearings in the bell house.
I've been to the dealership many times. They've been nice, and I appreciate that. But just the outcome is not so satisfying yet.
1) First visit to the dealership, they changed throw out bearing/slave cylinder (as an assembly in this truck) and fluid. The problem was completely gone for days, but gradually came back.
2) 2nd visit, they filed the tranny shaft (still looking at near the TO bearing). The problem wasn't solved at all.
3) 3rd visit (this time), they changed master cylinder and fluid. The problem is gone for days, and coming back again now.
The 1st and 3rd repairs both made the problem completely gone at the beginning, unfortunately neither last long. Isn't it weird? It's not reasonable to be only the master or the slave for every time, and it shouldn't be such coincident that both parts failed within a month.
Another guess is that there's some other part wrong in the hydrolic link, only changing the fluid makes a temporary cure, while it's coming back because this bad part is still there. But I couldn't think of any part besides the M/S cylinders could do this.
Frustrating enough, isn't it. As always, any input is appreciated.

Does it keep growing worse? or it gets steady at some level (that may be acceptable)?
