Blowing white smoke excessively today - engine heated up. Had it towed to dealer - was told that more than likely the head gasket was blown. Was also informed that it would take upwards of 2-3 weeks to get repaired due to "excessive" number of 6.0s in the shop.
Had the Diablo Predator running 65 HP mode about 3 months ago, but uninstalled and was running factory tune (due to "chugging" problem) when this occurred. Any insights?

You say the temp shot up as well? I'm afraid that sounds like a head gasket.
I suppose there's a long shot that the EGR cooler broke or melted and it's losing coolant, though. I have never seen one of those let go, but maybe someone else can chime in on that.

The white smoke is coolant leaking from the egr cooler into the exhaust. It may just need a new cooler, but I would suspect head gasket problems as well.
