Q's on brake line fitting size & speed bleeder size

Q's on brake line fitting size & speed bleeder size
I have been looking around but can't seem to find the answer I am looking for. I have an 88' Ranger XLT, S-cab, 2.3L, 5sp, 4x2. I have to replace all the lines from the MC back to the rear drums (one of the lines is rusted through in the back).
Questions:
1) Should I use Russell Speed Bleeders or some thing like the Motive Products pump that connects to the MC? Or both?
2) What size are the bleeders on my truck? Metric or SAE? There are so many sizes listed online.
3) What size is the threads on the hard lines? Metric or SAE?
I was going to order some stainless 3/16 line from Jegs.com but it looks like it only comes with 3/8" -24 fittings on the ends. It will suck if I have to cut them all off and put different size fittings on them. I am usually in the Ranger forum so TIA.
