I just got an '88 4x4 150. I been trying to find some place to decode the door sticker. My big question is on the suspension. I have dual shocks up front and my door sticker has an e and j under the susp part. I have checked under the spec portion above but it only goes to 2000. Thanks
I have no idea how to decipher it, but I'll take a shot:
Using your sticker info where you said it "has an e and j under the susp part", I think E is your front susp. and J is your rear.
E = torsion bar on F150 - I could have sworn I saw coils on mine, and I've got the dual shocks like you. Hmmmm
J = it just says the part number and "spring" (???)
Now that I think about it, maybe you should clarify what your question is on the suspension. What exactly would you like to know? Part numbers?
Jeez, I hope someone else can be more helpfull than me!
Thanks, I found that page also, the next issue is, what years does that page cover? I could only find about 2 things that matched my vehicle. I guess I am try to find out what options this thing came with. thanks.
