Front wheel tilting in...?

Truck is an '86 F350 dually, 2WD. The front passenger wheel is tilting in at the top slightly. What is causing this? I'm guessing worn kingpins, but I don't know how to check.

Jack the front end off the ground and grab the wheel on the top and bottom and move it up and down.

And then what? If it moves, does that mean the kingpins are worn? Is this what's causing the wheel to tilt in?

Sorry about the slim response. If the wheel moves at all it could be the kingpins or it could be the bearings.
