Body Lift
Can I use a body lift kit on a 59'. Something like from energy suspension or pro comp,or who ever else makes one. Does anyone have any good ideas(bad ideas are also welcome)????????? If so, how high should I lift it? I don't want to change the suspension, just fit bigger tires. What about the steering??? Or should I just use blocks?

I think you could use any generic lift parts to do the job. Count the number of mount points you need and go from there when talking to the lift company. I personally would not go more than 3 - 4 inches. You may have to do some custom work on the steering as it will change. You might be able to find a longer pitman arm to fit. If you are talking the truck in the pic you sent me, how much lift do you need to fit the tires you have in mind vs what you have now? Blocks are not good and are unsafe on the front.
