06 engine build date question

06 engine build date question
I just bought a new 06 F350. It had less than 100 miles on it when I bought it. Most of those miles came from the dealer picking it up from another dealer in Colorado. Anyway manufactured date on the door pillar is Nov 2005, and the engine build date on the driver side valve cover seems to be 1-11-05. Is there anything I need to be aware of in terms of recalls that may have not been done with that early of a build date. I wander why it has been on the lot that long. I should have checked that before I bought it. On the other hand it is running fine, just wandered if there was anything I should look for. Thanks in advance, Levi
