Looking @ A Power Pup Tuner...
I am looking into getting a Bully Dog Power Pup programer for my 00' F-350 PSD, Auto,4x4,DRW, Kwik Filter, 4" Exhaust, Boost, Tranny temp., exhaust temp gauges. I run a landscaping business and am usually towing an 8k+ trailer. What do you guys think of the tuner? I've heard a lot of good things about Bully Dog and I would like to be a new customer of theirs. I am also hoping that this will help to boost fuel milage on road trips. Please let me know what ya'll think.

It's a good product, we sell an even amount of them as well as the Superchips, Predator and Edge programmers. ANY of them is a major improvement over the stock programming. Call us if you have any questions we'll be glad to help you.

Douglas dont bother with the bullydog, I bought the power pup, used it for two weeks and sold it. It definitly worked but I ordered a chip from DP tuner, way better, I am in the same boat you are I own a masonry co. and tow all day long, about 250 miles a day. I have a buddy who has the evolution and I am pretty inpressed with that as well. The nice thing about the DP is the asjustable on the fly. When not towing kick it to the econo mode and works great. I noticed about 2 miles better per gallon towing and empty. The tuners are nice no install but you cant switch the programes very easy. Good luck.

While any programmer will be better than stock, usually, I think you'll be much happier with a chip from DP-Tuner. 
One advantage of most programmers though is that you can use them to read DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes).

I have the superchips tunner which works great. Takes little as 5min to change tunes. I talked with Jody who stated he could program me a chip but would see maybe 5 or 10 more horsepower. I pull a heave 14,000 5th wheel and have no problems.
