IMHO don't waste your money on mods with a 2.3L. Just drop it back into 4th when you need a little more speed, keep the RPMs up. And don't believe the air filter or intake claims, your 2.3L has the same size air filter / intake as the 4.0L!!

Well a 2.3L isn't a great pulling machine to begin with. The 5 speed is lowly rated to pull a trailer. In an essence, if you really wanna pull something upgrade.
While the 2.3L can be turned into a supreme power machine if you have the time, the cooperative feminine side, and a deep enough wallet.
Trade in for a 4.0L SOHC with the 5 speed auto, great pulling combo.
