I am having a hell of a time finding "Tall" valve covers for my 400. I bought a pair of Edelbrock Valve covers but my roller rockers hit up against them and it is driving me nuts. Have any of you found a set of aluinum Valve covers for a 400? Please tell me where to look.
The biggest annoyance with those covers is that they aren't baffeled and the PCV sucks alot of oil as a result. I finally had to run a catch can in line for mine because it was sucking way too much oil. They do look nice though
I have a set of Moroso Valve covers, and they aren't baffeled and I get alot of oil through the PCV. You had mentioned a catch can??? Where can I get one or how can I build one ?

Boy I second that. Ever since putting on the M/T cover I scored off of Ebay I use ALOT more oil than I did before. It pukes out from around the drivers side filler and I'm sure that the PCV valve is just pushing 15w30 through my carb and into my engine. I need to make some baffles soon as well.
These Blue Thunders would clear the rockers for sure - - dont know about the HVAC though - - they're pretty tall. Sorta NASCAR looking. They are baffled. They are also pretty high coin - - can't have it all....

I cured this problem by cutting a set of baffles from a stock cover, trimming them and epoxying them into the aluminum cover. It worked for me!!
