Have You Done An Update Yet? If Not, Plug It Into Your Computer And Do The Update With The Lightning Software, Plug Back Into Your Truck And Program To Your Liking, It Should Fix The Problem.

Man, I Wish I Could Help. You Will Have To Call Edge Products In The Morning. I Know That When I Program My Truck To The Performance Setting, I Start The Truck And Push The Gas And It Goes Into Safe Mode And Will Not Allow The Truck To Go Beyond Idle, But When I Turn The Truck Off And Re-start, It Is Fine. But Man, You Cannot Even Start The Truck. I Am Sure That Someone Has Had This Problem.......come On Fellas Let Us Hear Some Advise.

Mik369, When you plugged your Edge back into your truck did you turn the key on first then plug it in? If not try that sequence. Also Did your hex file show up on your Edge? When you returned it to stock before removal, did you enter restore defaults or return to stock? If you hit restore defaults then you didn't return it to stock. Edge should be able to help you get it straight. Call them up. They are really nice to deal with.

yellow98cobra,
they had me hook my edge up on pc send them a file and try it , but first time it didn't work so I sent the remaining 2 files and they sent a file back. Took it out and plugged it up and it fired right up. Then took programmer back to house he reprogrammed that took it out and just went through the sequence and its fine.
These guys know their stuff to say the least this is why I bought the programmer to begin with...
Mike

Thanks I was just wondering...
I think there instruction manual leaves a step out. All it tells you, you have to do to reset back to stock is to set it to select restore defaults. I doesn’t mention returning to the power programming page and selecting return to factory settings
