If you use phenolpthalein it will change to a magenta (sorta pink) color when the acidity has been eliminated. As you approach the end point you'll notice brief flashes of magenta that will fade quickly, what you're looking for is a sustained color that lasts at least 15 secs that should give you a ph of 8.5

I have a very good tutorial link at home and I will post it this evening, I'm at work right now.

I called about 8 places, so far two of them have the stuff. One of them has it in 50 gallon (400lb) drums and the other has 50lb bags. the one with 50lb bags wont sell it to the general public because it is caustic. I do have business so I could set up an account and buy it that way, but Im hopeing to not have to.
