I assume that was three metric tons of explosives (6,600 US pounds). That would have killed a lot of people.

What will they do to them up in Canada? -Slap their hands???

Ammonia Nitrate (the fertilizer stuff like McVey used in Oklahoma

5 of the 14 are minors

Yep,The cops do their job
The problem in Canada is the lack of Justice .

These judges have to be held up by the scruff of their necks to get their brains organized is seems.

Of course if they are sentenced, they go to "Club Fed" and not real prison.

Wow! That's crazy! I never heard about that Dennis. I don't have cable tv and I listen to American radio so it slipped past me. Thanks for the info.

There is a difference between Muslims and Muslim-extremists. Mass culture integration, aka democracy is what makes the western hemisphere such a great place to live.

Thankfully they busted those guys before they could do anything stupid. I remember when OKC happened, can't imagine something three times that.

i fully support the idea of brnging back capital punishment in Canada. maybe it would straighten some of our system out. we have gotten a little off track. prison life is more comfortable than a lot of honest peoples lives.

Personally this makes me proud to be a Canadian.

For years Canada has been touted as a terrorist safe haven despite any proof. Kind of like when some of the 9/11 terrorists were openly said to have come from Canada and passed through the border on that day. Which was later proved completely false. This shows that Canada, CSIS, RCMP and local authorities are on the job and that they realize that Canada is not exempt from terrorism despite what the bleeding heart liberals may think.

Apparently this investigation was ongoing for more than a year and the Canadian's even brought the US into the fold as they found 2 connections in Georgia who are also now arrested.

One Very cool thing I thought was that the mass purchase of Ammonia Nitrate was deemed suspicious by someone. They called the cops, and the Ammonia Nitrate was swapped out with a harmless lookalike substance before being delivered to these disgusting wastes of oxygen. Therefore they actually could not make a bomb. (this was reported but I have not heard if that is the official word)

As for Canadian justice going easy on them......... I can't see that. They have all been charged with terrorism related charges. Very serious. I do not believe our new Conservative government will allow any sort of easy teratment.

Drew.

Oddly enough, the day that waste of skin McVie murdered all those people was the day I left Canada and was driving home. Just crossed the border into North Dakota..............
