Windstar door latch switches
I've got a 98 Windstar, the key in the ignition dinger works all the time the drivers door is opened, whether the key is in or not.
I pulled the lock cylinder, it keeps dinging.
I disconnected the ignition switch, it keeps dinging.
I opened up the drivers door and disconnected the door switch (It's on the latch, no button in the door jamb,) and it stops.
Anyone know if the switches are available seperately or do I have to buy the whole $150.00 power door lock latch assy??? (ps looks like a real bear to get out.)
