Hey 96,
You have to take your truck over to the parking lot near Harbor Freight and see if it will smoke the tires.
before i got the injectors, i was able to leave a pair of stripes down the street. i had 2 black lines about 50 feet long then let off to not hit anything. after the injectors i tried once and left a single 100 foot line and let up again. i do have an open diff. i'll try again sometime. i also put new rear shoes on a couple weeks ago and still haven't adjusted them completely. which harbor freight are you talking about?
Franklin Mills Mall, i was so happy when they opened there, didn't have to drive out to sharon hill or norristown. Do you ever surprise any hondas or toyotas at the stop light. I used to have an 89 7.3 with a banks system on it, i also had ladder racks and ladders so when i was at a light all they saw was some roofers truck. Then i stepped on the pedal, only problem was keeping my rear on the ground. There was a 6 inch lift on the truck, the rear was blocks so my rear end used to dance all over.
i'll have to head over there and do a few test runs haven't had any run-ins with the imports yet. maybe they stay away from me cause they see the twin stacks lol i'm sure i'll meet up with a few soon though. i'll get to test the injectors out tomorrow though... got a 9k or so trailer to bring home from the souderton area tomorrow then out to lancaster county this weekend. should be a nice light workout for those swamps
anybody heading to the Buck this Saturday night? here's what's goin on this weekend...

The Smoke and Thunder Nationals where a lot of fun, got to meet 96P-Stroke4x4 there, he took a lot of good photos. lot of guys from your neck of the woods tractor, even met a guy who races mini tractors from Maryland and is an official for the circuit. Gave him the site address and your name to look you up. His real world name is Scott, i believe he goes by the name of pieman on line, not sure though. It was good meeting you there Matt, bet you wish other people had shown up so i would shut up. Oh! i posted your name as 96powerstroke on another site and another thread here, sorry about that i'll try to correct it, don't want to create any identity problems. Your truck is a nice truck, maybe next time we can go somewhere to work it out, let it show it's stuff.
Yea, it was nice to meet you Joe. don't be so hard on yourself, its always good to hear stories. I should get the pictures up in the next few days. maybe one of these days i'll head back to the buck and have a first generation powerstroke try to beat the rest of the diesels in the pulls I'll post again when i get the pics up
