I have a 2005 F150 FX4 with General tires I want to replace (255 70R 17). What is the largest 17 inch tire that will fit ? 285's ?

What tires do you have on your truck ? Pressure ?

I don't have them on my truck, i put them on a customers truck, and he went with the 295/70R17 Nitto Terra Graplers with American Racing Chrome Fuel Rims. If i remeber correcty he is Running 50psi in them and he loves them so far. He had a 2004 F150 Fx4 Supercab completely stock.

I believe BFG makes a 315 for a 17" wheel.

i got my 295/70/17 Terra Grapplers price matched at like $170 apiece from 4 wheel parts with free freight.
