How do you get this out?

I got my exhaust and am trying to install it but i cant get the holder things out of the rubber insulators. Any suggestins?

nevermind i just took some channel locks and wrenched them off.

will do just gotta find the right wrench to take off the old muffler its not 14mm and 15mm is to big its not 9/16 and 5/8 is to big. is there something else i need that im not finding?

If you're talking about the stock muffler, I used 9/16, and they came off easily.

thanks i'll try it again after school. is it ok if the little metal tabs on the runner thing get bent?

Mine were stuck pretty good. i used a grinder and cut off the tabs on the end so that they would just slide out. You could also use a hacksaw.

i was thinking that all last night but just wrenched them off, now im to the point that all the bolts and nuts are off but for some odd reason the midpipe to where the cat is is 100 percent stuck ive tried all of my ideas but its just wedge on there and i think its crimped from where the ring clamps were on. how do i get this off now?
