New tires......How Big

Hi all.

I just bought a 1989 Clubwagon and i was wondering what the biggest tires I could get on it without lifting it. Also I want to get some big bumpers for it....

Any Ideals?

I guess I am going to put 285/75/16's on it. Does anybody know whee I can get some tube bumper for it? How about seats? Does anybody have any sources?

31x10.50x15s I fit on my 1980 E-150, stock. Generally they measure about 29.5 inches tall.
